A Vivo launched offers for cell phone plans for the Consumer Week. Anyone who hires a postpaid, control or Vivo Família package has up to 50 extra GB of internet per month for a year. It can be a good opportunity to adjust the mobile phone bill, as it is the same bonus practiced on Black Friday 2021.
According to the regulation, the Consumer Week promotion is valid for subscriptions until 6 pm on March 21, 2022. All plans and prices listed in the article are valid for São Paulo (DDD 11) and may vary by location.
The Consumer Week promotions must be valid for any customer, whether he is a current Vivo user, who carries out portability or acquires a new line. This is what determines an Anatel resolution:
All offers, including those of a promotional nature, must be available for contracting by all interested parties, including already Consumers of the Provider, without distinction based on the date of subscription or any other form of discrimination within the geographic area of the offer.

In addition to the Consumer Week bonus, Vivo also offers an extra allowance for those who request number portability. This benefit should also be granted to base customers or those who hire a new line without migration.
Before changing the plan it is important to observe all conditions. For example: if there is a loyalty period in the current package, it may be necessary to pay a penalty for early termination of the contract in order to be able to subscribe to the new offer.

Vivo Controle has 6 GB of bonus
The Vivo Controle plans are cheaper, and, consequently, the Consumer Week bonus is lower: there are 6 GB more internet. Even so, the packages look interesting:

Any Vivo Controle plan in the current portfolio includes unlimited calls to any operator, as well as access without discounting the data package to WhatsApp (except video calls), Waze and Moovit. The packages have no loyaltyand the customer can cancel or migrate the service at any time without penalty.
For an additional BRL 5 per month, you can hire an exclusive additional package for use with Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest and Tinder. The deductible is identical to the amount of internet of the main plan: those who hire the service of R$ 50.99 monthly have 5 GB, for example.
Vivo Controle plans also include subscription to apps like Vivo GoRead, Babble, NBA Basic, Hube, Skeelo, and Atma, which vary depending on the package chosen.
Postpaid has up to 50 GB of bonus
The more expensive plans also have a bigger bonus: the individual postpaid has up to 30 GB of bonus, while the Vivo Família packages include an extra 50 GB of internet for those who hire during Consumer Week.
All Vivo’s postpaid plans include unlimited calls to any operator, unlimited access to WhatsApp, Waze and Moovit and international roaming – coverage varies depending on the package chosen. Those who opt for Vivo Selfie will still have an extra allowance for use with the streaming service.
The plans also include access to a series of apps that vary depending on the plan chosen, such as GoRead, NBA Basic, Hube Jornals, Vivo Meditação, NFL Basic, Super Comics, Skeelo Premium, Vivo BTFIT, Forbes Brasil, Casa do Saber, Vivo HomeFix and McAfee.
Another highlight is that Vivo’s postpaid plans do not have loyalty, at least for now: the operator clarifies that “temporarily” will not charge for breach of contract in case of cancellation of Vivo Pós Individual, Vivo Selfie or Vivo Família.
