Wish is one of the most used sites by Brazilians for online shopping, especially during the pandemic period, where sales increased 13% in the country. To assist consumers with the status of order delivery, the online store itself has a tracking system where you can track the status of your orders.
TecMundo brings you step by step to track your purchases through the company’s website and the store’s official app. Check out:
Tracking through the Wish website
The first step is to access the official Wish.com website and log in to your account. Then, go to the “Order History” option

A list with the purchased item will appear. If you have purchased more than one product, each of them will have a message box on the right labeled “Item Details”. Click on it to see the status of each one.

The next window will show detailed information about the product, such as delivery forecast and where it is currently located. It will also show the “Tracking Number” of the order (as shown in the image). Select and copy the code. Then access the option “Carrier website”.

On the carrier’s website, your code should automatically appear within the text box. If not, on the previous screen, copy, and paste the code in the text box. Then go to the “Search” option.

All information regarding the item will be shown in the information box, including the order status and the location where it is currently located.

Once your product is in the national territory, you can access the Correios website to track the product in the country until it reaches its destination. To do this, simply place the code in the text box and click on the “Search” option.

Tracking through the official Wish app
The procedure for viewing the status of your product (s) in the official Wish app is very similar. First, open it on your phone and log in. Then, click on the option with three dashes, located at the bottom, to the right of the screen (as shown in the image)

Then, go to the “Order History” option to choose the product you want to track.

You will be taken to the page that shows the status of the purchase. If you have purchased more than one item, they will be listed separately. Choose what you want to track by pressing on top of the product.

On the product page, select the Carrier option to be redirected to the website that shows the status and tracking of your order.

The website can be in Chinese language, as shown in the image below. However, it is possible to switch so that it is in English.

If you did not want to change, it is not difficult to orient yourself, just put the code in the text box (if it has not been filled in automatically), and click on the blue button to search for your product.

Once the product is already in Brazil, you can use the Correios website to track the order in the national territory, or use the app of the company that does the tracking function.
