Horror Originals and more news from Amazon Prime Video in October

Utopia (Season 1)

Utopia is a twisted conspiracy thriller with eight episodes about saving the world while trying to find your place in it. Inspired by the British series of the same name, the new Original Amazon series is created by award-winning author, bestseller and screenwriter Gillian Flynn (Exemplary Girl and Sharp Objects), also executive producer and showrunner of the plot. Utopia focuses on a group of comic book fans who know each other online and come together through common obsession in an apparently fictional comic called “Utopia”.

Based on real events, Ron Stallworth (John David Washington), an African-American policeman from Colorado, manages to infiltrate the local Ku Klux Klan branch with the help of a Jew, who ends up becoming its leader.
