Training can help those who are looking for a job or want to change course. And there is no lack of option: at the moment, there are vacancies open for free courses in various segments of the IT area, like development, digital security and data analysis. In addition, there are programs aimed at sales, health or for those who are starting to undertake. Check out some opportunities from companies like Embraer and VTEX below.

Mobile, web, Java and more development

In partnership with Digital Innovation One, Carrefour is offering 7,500 free scholarships for those from IT area. The opportunity is aimed at the Carrefour Android Developer bootcamp focused on mobile development. Interested parties can register until September 3, 2021: digitalinnovation.one.

SoulCode Academy offers 50 free places for those from the area. The Brazilian edtech opened a new class for a free course in Junior Full Stack Web programming, where participants will learn about database, back-end, front-end and management through online classes. Applications can be made until August 21st: soulcodeacademy.org.

Matera will also hold its first Women’s Exclusive Bootcamp For Girls. The event will have intensive, online and free courses aimed at Software Architecture, Customer Care and Java Development. Digital security, BI and artificial intelligence

Trend Micro has opened a new class of its Training Program in cybersecurity. The initiative, which is online and free, is aimed at those seeking to learn more about IT Security Fundamentals, IT Security Market and more. Applications can be made through a company form until September 5th: docs.google.com.

Embraer and the Information Technology Management Institute (IGTI), in turn, launched a free course in the IT area for People with Disabilities (PwD). The Embraer SocialTech Bootcamp is aimed at those interested in Business Intelligence (BI) and data analysis. The initiative is free, offers 300 scholarships and will receive applications until September 10, 2021: igti.com.br.

The Itaipu Technological Park – Brazil (PTI-BR) and the Applied Artificial Intelligence Institute (I2A2) also offer opportunities. In all, there are 100 vacancies for a training program in artificial intelligence (AI) free for students and professionals in the western region of Paraná. Registration will open in September and classes are scheduled to start in late October.

Sales, products and services and financial management

VTEX has launched two free training programs. The first, known as Transform CX, is aimed at those interested in Customer Experience and aims to include more transgender people and transvestites in the labor market. In all, 30 places are available. Registration for the initiative is open until August 26: careers.vtex.com.

Diverse Sales Training is VTEX’s second free training program, which is aimed at cis or trans women. In addition, to participate, you must have at least two years of experience in the digital market or in the sales area. In this case, the company offers 20 vacancies. Alongside Santander’s Advance Program, Getnet is offering free courses for micro and small entrepreneurs. Classes are available online and cater to those who want to learn about financial management, products and services, customer loyalty and more. Hospital Alemão Oswaldo Cruz is offering free courses for health technology assessment. Through the Support Program for Institutional Development of the Unified Health System (PROADI-SUS), the initiative brings a course and even an MBA in the area, in addition to other proposals.
