A Of course announced its offers for cell phone plans during the Consumer Week, and whoever takes advantage of the promotional period can have up to 50 GB of mobile internet bonus. The operator gives extra deductibles on control, postpaid and Flex, in addition to Discovery+ free for six months on selected packages.
According to the regulation, the Consumer Week offers are valid for subscriptions until March 17, 2022, and the internet bonus will be granted for 12 months. All plans and prices listed in the article refer to São Paulo (DDD 11) and may vary by location.
Telecommunications promotions, including the Consumer Week offers, must be valid for any customer, whether a current Claro user or another operator. This is what determines an Anatel resolution:
All offers, including those of a promotional nature, must be available for contracting by all interested parties, including already Consumers of the Provider, without distinction based on the date of subscription or any other form of discrimination within the geographic area of the offer.

Before migrating the plan, it is necessary to observe all the rules and conditions. If there is a loyalty period in the current package, it may be necessary to pay a penalty for early termination of the contract to be able to subscribe to the new offer.

A great advantage of Claro Flex against traditional Claro Controle is that all packages (including the cheapest one) include free access to the WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Waze e course music without discounting the main deductible.
Payment can be made via credit card, virtual debit card or prepaid top-up. There is no loyalty, and the customer can cancel the service free of charge at any time.
During the first month it is possible to save BRL 20 on the first monthly fee by using the VIRAFLEX20 coupon. Hiring and maintenance must be done through the Claro Flex app, available for Android or iOS.
Claro customers with pay TV or residential broadband also enjoy an additional 2 GB of bonus every month, as long as both subscriptions are on the same CPF.
Claro postpaid has up to 50 GB of bonus
Postpaid plans are more expensive, but they also have bigger bonuses: up to an extra 50GB per month. This is the same promotion as Black Friday 2021.
Claro Post line plans are sold in two versions with the same price:
- no fidelitybeing possible to cancel the service at any time without fees and fines;
- with 12 month loyaltyand access without discounting the franchise to the WhatsApp, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook e Waze. Anyone who cancels before the period must pay a fine for breach of contract.
