1. Miyeok Muchim
Material:
Material A:
- 50 g of dried seaweed
- 1.5 liters of water
Material B:
- 4 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
Material C:
- 1 kirby cucumber, wash and slice
- 1 pcs onion, peeled and finely sliced
How to make:
- Soak the dried seaweed and water for 20 minutes. Heat a pan and boil seaweed for 1 minute, rinse, slice and cut into small pieces
- Make the sauce by mixing the B ingredients and stirring until the sugar has dissolved
- Mix seaweed and C ingredients then pour sauce B, stir until smooth
- Ready to be served
2. Seaweed rice ball
Material:
- 2 glasses of white rice
- 3 pieces of seaweed
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- Sesame seeds to taste (for topping)
How to make:
- Cut sheets of seaweed to small with scissors
- Mix rice, seaweed, soy sauce and sesame oil, stir until smooth
- Using plastic gloves, add oil to the plastic gloves to prevent it from sticking
- Put 2 tablespoons of rice and make a ball
- Serve with sesame seeds

3. Gimmari
Material:
- 3 ounces of dangmyeon, Korean noodles
- ½ carrot (optional)
- ½ onion (optional)
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon honey or sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
- 3 pieces of seaweed into 4 boxes
- 1 cup seasoned flour for frying
- 1 glass of cold water for the dough
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

How to make:
- Prepare the noodles by soaking for 30 minutes

- Make the dough by mixing 1 cup of seasoned flour and 1 cup of water, stirring well
- Take a small bowl and place 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
- Take seaweed filled with noodles, dip it in a small bowl and then a bowl of dough
- Fry 2-3 minutes or until golden brown
- Ready to be served
4. Miyeok woof
Material:
- 1.5 ounces of dried seaweed, soak
- 5 ounces of beef
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and Pepper
- 10 glasses of water
How to make:
- Soak seaweed for 10-20 minutes until smooth, rinse 2 times and cut to make it easy to bite
- Cut beef into small pieces, soak with 1 tablespoon soy sauce, onion nipples and a pinch of pepper
- Heat the pan over medium heat, saute the meat with sesame oil until it’s not red
- Add seaweed and 1 tablespoon soy sauce and saute 4-5 minutes
- Add water, bring to a boil then add salt and pepper to taste
- Reduce medium-low heat, cover and boil for 20-30 minutes until the meat is tender
- Ready to be served
5. Miyeokjulgi-bokkeum
Material:
- 1 pound of seaweed
- 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 garlic, chopped
- 2 teaspoons corn syrup (can use sugar, honey)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- Roasted sesame seeds to taste
- Artificial crab meat (optional).
How to make:
- Cut the seaweed and rinse with cold water several times and soak for 10 minutes, drain
- Boil 8 cups of water to boiling and add seaweed for up to 20 seconds
- Rinse with cold water, strain and cut into small pieces
- Cut the artificial crab meat and cut it into small pieces
- Heat a frying pan on medium heat, add oil
- Saute garlic and onion for 10 seconds then add seaweed
- Stir for 3 minutes and add soy sauce, corn syrup and artificial crab meat, stir-fry
- Turn off the heat and add 2 teaspoons of sesame oil
- Remove the serving plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds
